General Use of System

This system is provided on a best available and best use policy. We will attempt to make certain that the system is available to all valid customers during core business hours which are defined from 6AM EST through 2AM EST daily. Our regularly scheduled maintenance window is 2AM-6AM daily. This system will be made available to "subscribers" during core business hours but no guarantee is made or implied that this system will remain online and active at all times. SLC Security Services LLC is not responsible for carrier outages or hosting issues not directly the result of the negligence of SLC Security Services LLC.

This system is to be used for research and locate purposes only by authorized subscribers. Authorized subscribers include law enforcement, state and federal agencies or departments, investigative companies, research firms, banks and credit unions and other approved entities. SLC Security Services LLC will make all determinations on who may or may not access this system.

This data provided by this system is compiled from public records resources, website, proprietary spider technology and other sources available only to SLC Security Services LLC. SLC Security Services LLC is not responsible for the contact, accuracy or completeness of the information presented. SLC Security Services LLC is not responsible for removing or deleting information that is contained in this system.

Only US citizens, Canadian citizens or Mexican citizens are granted authorization to access this system. Access from other countries is subject to approval by SLC Security Services LLC.

Excessive Use

No subscriber may utilize this system in any such manner as to affect the performance and use by any other subscriber, administrators or law enforcement. This system is to be used through the provided interfaces and no third party screen scraping technologies are authorized. Any entity or subscriber using this system in excess may be limited, terminated or upgraded to a higher service plan without notice. ACCOUNTS ARE NOT TO BE SHARED. Any end users that provides their login information to any third party will be terminated immediately and billed for the remainder of the subscription term immediately. By sharing your account with unauthorized parties you may also be subjected to legal action to recover the cost incurred by SLC Security Services LLC for the bandwidth, data provided and the cost to recover the remainder of your user fees.

Direct Database Connections

Directly connecting to our data sources is not authorized without permission from SLC Security Services LLC. Any user that attempts to connect to our system database servers directly may be denied access to our system without notice. If you need and have a valid reason for direct access please contact us to arrange for that type of service.

Proprietary Data

All information provided by this system whether or not it is stored or housed on SLC Security Services LLC database servers remains the property of SLC Security Services LLC. All data provided by third parties remains the intellectual property of that entity. Providers may utilize the data from this system in their reports but must include the following statement in their report.

"This data was provided by SLC Security Services LLC and was compiled from public records resources. SLC Security Services LLC is not responsible for the contact, accuracy or completeness of the information presented."

Theft of Services, Unauthorized Access or Hacking

Any person, state, government, individual, municipality or entity that attempts to bypass the security features of this system will be subject to criminal and civil prosecution or liabilities. Any theft of data will be charged at $1.00 USD per record that is recovered and stored/stolen from our database or $10,000.00 USD whichever is greater, all legal and court fees, etc. By accessing this system you agree to these terms and agree to pay any civil or criminal penalty imposed by any court in the US, Canada or Mexico as indicated by this agreement. By utilizing this service you agree to pay all legal fees associated with the collection of your account, any collection fees and 1.5% interest on all unpaid invoices.

Privacy

SLC Security Services LLC will not disclose our customer list, clients past or present or information regarding the use of this system to any third party without a valid court order. No information other than the information presented in the system and usage statistical information is maintained by SLC Security Services LLC. In addition we have no way to track the actual searches conducted unless we have specifically billed you for such searches.
